You want to be a Skinny Bride? Here's How.

If your wedding is set for the next few weeks, these are the things that you might be searching for on the Internet. Losing weight for wedding isn't the best English in the world, but the search engines will know what you mean. So does skinny bride, for that matter. Remember though that you can be too skinny, so maybe slightly skinny bride might be better.

Have you thought about just how you expect to be able to lose weight for your wedding? Just fasting in the few weeks before your big day isn't sensible nor is joining a slimming club, the object of which is to lose weight gradually over a long period of time.

It is often held that if you cut meals out altogether then your metabolism will shut down and you will end up losing very little weight. Is there any truth in this? I did a search of some of the most recent scientific research on dieting and most of the studies I examined (you can simply check these on Google Scholar) showed that, there is no measurable reduction in metabolic rate whilst on a diet beyond that that you'd expect from the reduced lean mass that results from the dieting. You may discover, however, that if you reduce your food intake too much, that you'll become very tired. You may find that you lack motivation and, as a result, you might end up not being the skinny bride you had hope you would be.

If you want to become a skinny bride and look your best for your wedding then you will need to move fast. However, there's no need to panic, the right wedding weight loss program can very effectively help you lose the weight you need to for your big day. The weight-loss market is full of special programs for anyone trying to lose a bit of weight. But getting in trim for your wedding is a very specific goal that only a few plans genuinely target.

To make sure it suits you, what should your 'skinny bride' plan have?

There should be no ambiguity about the subject matter: 'losing weight for wedding'
It should contain all the right information on low calorie yet nutritious meals that will see you through the busy days ahead. Crucially, it should be tailored to your own personal preferences and tastes.
It needs to have properly developed exercises to target the areas that most of us find it difficult to lose weight from.
It needs to give tips on all the areas that are likely to worry any bride to be, when she wants to become a skinny bride.

The Internet has hundreds of weight loss plans, one of which is called Fat Loss 4 Idiots. How dare they insult us like this. Who do they think they are - we're not idiots? We are normal, intelligent women who just happen to have put on a few pounds during the course of our busy lives.

No, the plan that I recommend, and that worked a charm for my sister when she got wed last summer, is Strip That Fat. It’s designed specifically for rapid weight loss, and that’s exactly what we need if we want to be a skinny bride. Personally, I think their sales message of losing ten pounds in fourteen days is a bit of an under-estimate. I lost 12 lb in the two weeks prior to my daughter's wedding to match the 13 lb that she lost, and neither of us felt unduly hungry. On her big day she looked radiant, slim and quite beautiful. You can locate it here. I wish you the very best for your weight loss plan and for the wedding day to follow!
